Five people, including two 15-year-olds and two 17-year-olds, were arrested Thursday after police say they robbed a 16-year-old boy outside a Hoboken Housing Authority building.The incident occurred in the area of 400 Marshall Drive at 5:10 p.m. Wednesday, the victim told police.The boy said the five assailants, which included 18-year-old Jaden Crandell, snatched his backpack and cell phone, Hoboken Lt.
