Mimosas, Bellinis, pancakes, tacos, among others, are items one can order during brunch. Brunch is just such a versatile occasion which we all believe should be hosted every day at restaurants rather than just the weekend. With that being said, a Mile Square City favorite is getting an update to its brunch menu. This well-known establishment that will be launching a new brunch menu is Del Frisco’s Grille.“Brunch has always been a weekly celebratory event and as a concept committed to being a preferred destination for groups looking to enjoy a great meal surrounded by friends and loved ones, it was natural to put a more targeted focus on the brunch menu at Del Frisco’s Grille and enhance the offerings for guests,” said Nicole Berrio, Publicist for Del Frisco’s Grille. “This new brunch and cocktail menu will be available at all Del Frisco’s Grille locations nationwide.”The mastermind behind the up and coming brunch menu is Concept Chef Shawn Quinn, who took inspiration from his childhood, familial upbringing and expertise within the Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) space, mentioned Berrio. The weekend-only brunch menu will feature 10 new, chef-driven dishes such as decadent Nonna’s Pan Cinnamon Rolls topped in a bourbon-espresso caramel sauce, delicate Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, an energizing Greens and Grains Bowl packed with farmer's market veggies, a decadent Smoked Salmon Tower with house-made ‘Everything’ caper cream cheese, Short Rib Hash drizzled with rich bordelaise and béarnaise sauces, and kick-in-the-pants Eggs in Purgatory made with roasted tomato red pepper sauce and cage-free eggs.  Not only is Del Frisco’s Grille rolling out a delectable brunch menu, but an entirely new cocktail menu as well. Drinks such as a spiced Bloody Mary made with house horseradish-infused vodka, a refreshing Watermelon Frozé blended with Jean-luc Colombo Rosé, an irresistible Crack Coffee spiced with chai and cinnamon whip and a floral Spanish Gin & Tonic served with a juniper berry-infused ice cube will be added to the mixology menu. Del Frisco’s Grille will launch the new brunch menu on June 27.
